Condiment Crackdown: Cooking Channel Fans Like Their Hot Sauce

Sriracha takes the cake!  Mustard is second...and mayo comes in as second runner-up.  So, I ask:

What is your favorite condiment?
What do you cook with all the time?
What do you put on all of your food?

I am a hot sauce freak. Texas Pete, at that. I put it on almost everything. I can't cook without adding a little (or a lot) to no matter what it is! I also like jalapenos or pepperocinis with dinner. They are usually always on the table.

Hidden Valley Ranch! Not the light kind just the regular kind. I use it for the following:
Salad dressing for my kids
Chicken wings
Dip it in pizza, bread, crust
Use it as mayo on a sandwich

Garlic would be a first but then not a condiment! I am a huge fan of the tobasco chipotle. Great flavor and not too spicy for the wimps in my family. I can't stand mayo or ketchup but a good brown mustard or dijon on sandwiches is the bomb!
